Almost done...

I've been slammed with work lately. Spent many hours writing papers. If you want some info on David Huron's ITPRA theories, I'm your man. Well, Huron should be your first stop, but I could be a distant 4th, maybe. If you want to discuss music and cochlear implants, I'm also your man...again, not at the top of the list (maybe Gfeller?), but on the list...

End of the year = nutzo for all educational institutions. For me, it meant getting really sick too. It's looking like it may be something called Labrythitis, but I hope not to find out. I'm feeling much better now and could never experience that kind of dizziness again. Of course, if it comes back, blech...

I'm back to learning Gunther Schuller's Episodes again. Maybe this time I won't get sidetracked by all kinds of other work. Sooner or later I'll get around to recording it and moving on.

As summer starts in NYC, I'm a little confused by the weather. 89 deg F one day, 45 the next. Someone needs to do something about that.

Oh yes, it appears that I'll be doing a concerto with my orchestra next Spring. Not sure exactly which concerto, but I'll let everyone know when it's finalized.
